Privacy – Marriage Coaching

What you share with us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, country of ordinary residence, time zone, who may attend, preferred appointment arrangements and a safe way to contact you. These practical details are needed to respond and arrange a suitable appointment. A phone number is needed only if you ask us to use that contact method.

You can optionally select the difficulties you’re facing and what you would most like help with, or add a short explanation. You don’t need to share sensitive family details in your initial enquiry. A brief explanation is enough to get started. If you proceed with coaching, we may keep limited notes about matters discussed and agreed next steps.

How we use and protect it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide coaching, and manage related correspondence and payments. We understand that you may share deeply personal experiences, and we treat that information with care and discretion. Access is restricted to those authorised to provide or support the service.

Henk and Linda work together as your coaching team and may discuss relevant matters with each other. If one spouse speaks to us privately during coaching, we do not automatically share that information with their spouse. If a private disclosure affects our ability to continue joint coaching, we discuss how best to handle it; joint work may need to pause. Confidentiality may be limited by a legal duty or serious safety concern.

Private coaching information is not used for unrelated marketing. We do not publish your story, feedback or testimonial without separate permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are normally kept for up to 90 days after our last meaningful contact. Limited coaching correspondence and notes are normally kept for up to three years after the last session. Legal obligations or another justified reason may require a different period. Financial records are kept separately for the period required by law.

Privacy – Evergreen Parenting

Evergreen Parenting courses are provided independently by Linda Kruger, a registered Evergreen Parenting facilitator, based in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa. What you share with us

The registration form needs your name, email, whether one or two adults intend to attend and the parenting topic you would most like help with. A mobile or WhatsApp number, an additional adult’s name and a brief explanation are optional. Please obtain the other adult’s permission before sharing their details.

Parents, legal guardians, grandparents and other caregivers may enquire. You may choose to describe family circumstances, your children’s behaviour or your own parenting experiences. A general description is enough; we do not ask for children’s names, birth dates, medical details or detailed personal histories. Leave optional fields blank if you prefer, or contact Linda to discuss what is needed before registering.

How we use and protect it

We use your registration details and the parenting challenges you choose to share to arrange your course, manage confirmation and invoicing, and help Linda prepare relevant teaching. Your information is handled privately by those authorised to administer and support her courses. It is not reused for Marriage Coaching or unrelated marketing. Sending a request does not confirm enrolment or reserve a place.

Confirmed participants may be invited to join an optional course WhatsApp group. Linda will ask for your permission before sending an invitation link; you then decide whether to join. Members can see one another’s phone numbers. Providing a number on the registration form is not consent to join. You may decline or leave without affecting enrolment, although information already seen by others cannot be recalled.

How long we keep it

We normally close an inactive request after 30 days without a reply, following an appropriate follow-up. Non-financial course records are normally kept for 90 days after closure, withdrawal, decline or course completion, unless a legal obligation or another justified reason requires longer retention.

Information may remain in restricted recovery copies for a limited period after deletion from active records. We manage our own recovery copies according to our retention arrangements, while service providers may have different recovery periods. Linda’s financial records are kept separately for the period required by law.

Your information and your choices

Both providers take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Communication, payment, hosting and security providers help us deliver the services. Some information may be processed outside South Africa. You can ask us about the providers involved and how your information is protected.

The forms identify required and optional information. Without the required practical details, we may be unable to respond or process a request. We collect these details from you for the service you have chosen, not for unrelated purposes.

You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or object to processing where applicable. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. We may check your identity before responding and explain any lawful reason for retaining information.

Using this website

This website remembers display and motion preferences in your browser. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data. We do not use analytics or social-media tracking scripts.

Hosting and security providers process the technical information needed to run the site and protect forms. Enquiry and registration details are used to respond to and manage your request, not for website analytics. The forms do not take payment or automatically confirm an appointment or course place.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Opening a Scripture preview sends a request to BibleGateway, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
